Details of (03/03/1394) Isfahan city center parking incident and the way of handling it, in point of view of Negah Kavir Falling of hot and chilled water pipes in ICC parking led to car damages and few minor injuries. The latest news is that 500 meters of main water pipes in parking fell on about 50 cars and fortunately nobody injured. Only seven people had minor injuries who, were recovered by outpatient treatment. Unlike rumors, roofs of complex and installations did not damage. Once the incident happened, water, electricity and gas were closed from control room. For prevention of further probable incidents, all the present people who were about 1000 were evacuated at the least time. The complex was closed for fundamental reconstructions and exit of damaged cars. Only crisis management members and security disciplinary members stayed in the place. The center will be opened in next two days. Unfortunately every day we see crimes, structural accidents, robberies and etc. and, hearing of such news is something natural. But hearing the falling of water pipes from the roof of Isfahan city center on some of the parked cars and wounding few people was a news which surprised public. It also led to untrue rumors in virtual space. It is maybe because of the place of this complex among people. Aside from this bitter accident, the way of crisis management and evacuating of more than 1000 people shortly. If such event happened somewhere else, certainly had more financial loss and casualties. Because in construction of this center, even happening of such events has been predicted and many fire exit doors are available. In construction of apartments and buildings like this complex, these items must be considered to manage the crisis efficiently. Masoud Sarami, the general manager of Isfahan city center said” this complex is covered by liability and all damages of the cars will be paid to the owners completely”
